HISTORY

to talk about this food, we start at 6.25 called Korea War.

After 5 years from the dependence, in 1950, Suddenly The North Korea invaded South.

  Just 3 days, We lost Seoul, the capital of South Korea.

we lost almost regions. In 1950 August, We just left regions around busan.

in 1950, There are many people who missed hometown food in busan.

people who lived seoul missed " Seolleongtang", one of the traditional korea food and made with beef.

But They can't get beef.

instead of beef, they used pig.

As a result, the pig and rice soup is becomed.
